The Newmarket (ON) Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 426) is hosting a Daytona 500 Party / Fundraising Event on Sunday, February 20.The race will be projected in high definition on a 10' x 10' screen. There will be auctions, driver pools, door prizes and raffles. Doors will open at 11 a.m. with the green flag at 1 p.m.
Tickets are $10.00. Snacks and a meal of beef on a bun with fries are included with the price of admission. The event is being held in support of Sunnybrook Cancer and Newmarket Hospice.
